MEAG Power provides two (2) plan options for medical insurance, an HMO and POS, and covers a generous percentage of the premiums for employees and dependents. The company also provides dental and vision insurance. In addition, the company offers flex medical and dependent accounts, pre-tax account options available to cover co-pays and certain health and dependent care expenses. Basic life insurance for employees is provided, with supplemental plans available for spouses and children.

Merit increases may be awarded through the annual merit process and are contingent on individual performance. Incentive pay is an annual compensation program contingent on both company and individual performance.
